city property kempton aka kempton place, managed by saricka and lance, the worst place you can choose to stay at, on the 4th of November 2022 my car was ****** at the parking next to the bottle store called blue bottle till today i never received the footage from lance well Saricka always refers any quiries to head office as if she's not the manager of the building. i was told that company that runs the cctv will bring the footage, this was said to me by lance. well you guessed it I haven't received that footage till to date.

They have a very rude credit controller by the name of kgothatso mathibela, with her manager called Itumeleng, so apparently the parking at kempton park is ran by a different company, yet the credit controllers for both accommodation and parking is managed by the same company (strange I know). As a tenant you pay for the parking at city property, if you don't have an account they bill you per day even if you have sleep overs, you're charged R33 per day, funny though the amount owed only appears after 2 to 3 months, so I was owing them R3200 for parking,. because I was owing that money they locked me out of the building leaving my 7 and 5 years old girls in the apartment for 6 hours alone.

Did I mention that they have securities that are foreigners +/- 40 securities of which most of them don't even have legal documents to be working in South Africa.

I moved out of their flat on the 30th of April 2023, meter reading was sent to head office on the 4th May 2023. the key to the apartment was returned on the 2nd of May 2023, they purposefully delayed to do inspection up until the 8th of May 2023, so that my deposit will be delayed, whenever i send emails to them, my emails are ignored, the only response I got was that it takes +/-20 days to return my deposit, the question I asked why does it take +/-20 days while all my documents have been submitted and there's no demaged to their property. lance called me today (12 May 2023), saying the head office said it will take between 4 to 6 weeks for me to get my deposit, and the reason being they're waiting for utility read out, and this is a lie because the read out were submitted on the 4th of May 2023.

Lat year I had to endure some noise from the tenant above me, apparently he was crushing garlic on daily basis from 5am until 22h00, when i reported the issue they never believed I suppose cause the tenant in question was a Pakistan, most probably since I'm an African I would make up this. The tenant continue doing his business for 2 to 3 months before he moved out.

I can go on and on about city property (kempton place) all I'm saying I'm glad I moved out and I would even advise my enemy to stay there.

As to why are they holding onto my money only them and God knows.
