City property - Joan's Place

I moved out on the 30th of April, the caretaker was not there at the building to do final inspection with me, the security guy called him to tell him that I'm done moving my things, he said he's not available but I have till the 3rd to hand over the keys and do final inspection. My actual moving out date was on the 3rd of May. On the second of May I went back to give the caretaker the key and do the final inspection with him, the caretaker refused to do inspection with me and said he already did it alone. On the 10th of May I receive my deposit back, it is short of R1000. No one bothered to even tell me why my deposit was short of a R1000. I do a follow up, the consultant who is helping me is sending me pictures of how I left the place (it really looks dirty), I tell him/her that it can't be because I left the place very clean and I have a video I took when I left as proof. I send the video to them and ask them to pull the CCTV footage of the 2nd of May to hear and see the caretaker refusing me to do the inspection with him. Their response was very rude and they said that I was a ****, the asked the caretaker and he said I'm lying, case closed and if I have any more problems with them I should go open a case I supp**** them with all the proof from my side but they didn't even give me time of day. I was unfairly treated and ****** of my deposit money. City property is the worst, wouldn't recommend
