City Property is so unprofessional
City property doesn’t care about anyone all they want is your money am so disappointed. No matter how unsafe their property is they don’t care at all , the only they care about is money.

11 Oct 2021, 17:38Am so shocked at the level of service they offer. I have always paid my rental on time, but when I needed them the most they crushed me and set record straight that they don’t care at all. I can’t get into their property using a finger print at the gate without getting out of the car, it’s too far just imagine at night . Mind you there are lots of people passing by it’s busy ,some even chilling next to their gate. Every-time you wanna get into the property you need to pray first that you don’t get hi jacked. I went to their offices to ask to move out , for my safety. I heard of someone who was hijacket at their property (Peter’s place )the culprit took the car keys and they had to run after him.Just the other day there was a guy looking suspicious I wasn’t even sure what to do City property gave me the following feedback no empathy whatsoever
1. Why I am reporting this now ?
2. I can’t move out month end I can only move out on the 5th of November 2021, they need to consider full monthly cycle.
3. I will owe city property money equivalent to monthly rental because I have breached contract my lease ends February 2022.
Please be ware.
I wasn’t offered any solution to the issue it’s all my fault according to city property.
