City Property is a *****!!! They stole my rental deposit + interest. ****s!!!
I am immensely dismayed and disappointed at the way and the rate City Property robs tenants of their deposit money. I left the apartment on 20 June 2018 after serving a notice. My monthly rental is R5300 - 00. They pro-rated and charged me a full R5600-00 plus R1200, plus R630. How possible is that? Who does that? Anyway I will take this matter to my layers

Your debit order monthly is set for the 15th. Your debit order for the 15th June 2018 did not go through correctly and as you might have noticed a very small amount was deducted from your account. This was caused by your deposit being transferred from our trust account into your current rental account and therefore not deducting the actual rental for the pro-rata share till 20th June 2018.
We have emailed you a breakdown of the calculations. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please direct all future enquiries regarding this matter to *** or ***.
