CITY PROPERTY IS A **** IRE TO DEPOSIT REFUND
City property is a **** when it comes to refunding you your deposit money.
Firstly, they charged me for water from months ago even though I’ve been paying water and electricity every single month when I paid rent. Instead of charging me for the last month I stayed there, they charged me for 3 months.
Secondly, I was requested to send back all their keys. I did that and they claimed that the spare key does not open the unit like it’s my problem. I gave back the keys I was given when I just arrived. They probably just wanted to charge me the R500 for spare key.
Lastly, I made sure I clean that unit but No! City property charges cleaning fee of R686.00!
I am very disappointed! And I would not recommend anyone to use City property because they will try their level best not to refund you the full deposit money!
