City property : Franks Place is trash
Franks Place No water for 3 weeks but they said they building borehole and that was last year . No electricity but they sent massages telling us about generator the same generator they turn it on for an hour if they happy at that hour . If you looking for decent place Franks is not one , thank God we moving out

We acknowledge that it's very unpleasant and frustrating to experience water and power outages. These outages are unfortunately beyond our control as we depend on City Power and JHB Water for supply and services. Please note these issues are not unique to Frank's Place but issues experienced in most parts of the Inner City.
The messages you have been receiving are to keep you informed and updated on the issues, and while efforts like the borehole and generator were meant to improve the situation, we rely on Council to restore services so supply can meet the demand.
Please also take note that Rand Water is conducting major maintenance work on it's infrastructure - Rand Water infrastructure maintenance 3 June - 21 July 2025, resulting in low water pressure to no water. Info https://bit.ly/3ZYncU3

11 Jun 2025, 15:34So you are able to supply water for your washing business, clean whole carpet corridors with water but tenants can’t even bath, neither drink water nor wash our clothes. Is this how borehole works, for your own use not tenants ?
