City property failing to take responsibility of their sub-contractors

I cursed the day I started staying at the fields, Hatfield. They trying to bully me with their lawyers instead of taking responsibility of what happened in my room actually the mare fact that someone accessed my flat without knowledge was something else. I even called the building manager, who saw what happened but still city property doesn't want to take responsibility. I will defend myself till the supreme Court of S.A. hell will be Heaven
