City property don't care about their tenants

So with the out break of coronavirus And their building in Kempton park,Kempton place.with tenants more than a thousand using biometrics to go in amd out of the building.they have not provided sanitizer on their entrances for tenants to use to protect themselves.and their management office had this to say..if you all die,will just get new tenants and laughed.guess this whole thing is funny.
