city property doesnt care for their tenants

good day. may someone attend to your Essenby House lifts . we paying full rent but every 2nd week the lifts wont be working. yesterday I had to walk to 6th floor with the fracture in my leg same thing happened this morning. why are we paying full amount of rent if we not going to get full service ,this is pure ******* , city property you not bigger than your clients keep that in mind, this has been happening since June.
