CITY PROPERTY ARE A BUNCH OF ******

I moved out of their building in July and they were supposed to refund my deposit after 3 weeks. I waited 6 for the refund and when I got it I was ******. out of R2000 deposit I only got R150 back from my deposit. I did not break anything. the flat was assest in my presecence and nothing was broken and when I called to enquire their customer care people promised to help but nothing. they were unprofessional and didnt even look into my case and said there was nothing wrong with the money Igot back. They are a bunch of ******. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT MOVE INTO THEIR BUILDINGS, YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. I AM DISGUSTED.
