City Property Agent treatment like Trash!!!!

It would be best you hire people or assign people who really do understand their job requirements agents who do understand CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The Agent has zero CUSTOMER SERVICE UTTERLY RUDE AND HAD THR AUDACITY TO SAY "I DON'T WANT TO RESOLVE THE TICKET" I am the one paying the apartment... Who should we ask questions if your agents treat us like ******* who should assist us if your agents clearly tell us such your agents calling us STUPID!!! Was I wrong to ask a question???? Was I wrong to ask for clarity???? Was I wrong to inform your agent that the file sent I could not open!!!! WAS THAT ME WASTING YOUR AGENT MOST PRECIOUS TIME AM I NOT WORTHY OF BEING ASSISTED AS THE PERSON WHO IS PAYING RENT!!!! YOU AGENT CLEARLY STATED I WON'T BE ASSISTED BY HER/HIM @CITY PROPERTY WHAT VALUES DO YOU UPLHOLD AS A COMPANY FOR YOUR AGENT TO TREAT US LIKE TRASH!!!!!!
