city property

<p>I am annoyed with the customer service department.. As i am not being assisted properly. i havent had water for the past three weeks and i asked to be moved to another building as brooklyn is a horror of a building... i havent had water for three weeks and they seem not to be bothered... i am dissapointed and discouraged.</p>
