City Property

<p>I had been in City Propert for quite almost three years and at first had never had any problems with my neighboughs but some new ones moved last a year ago. Basically their building is not sound prooffed as the is no privavcy meaning when u talk, pee, cook with your ***** your neighbors van hear you. I asked City Property to be transferred to another flat within the same flat by stating my case but as they care only about money they said it i needed to pay half deposit and rent. My cry is i hear my neighbors talking about me everyday even my family as they listen to my private calls aswell. The currently aint having any lives i would say. The other neighbour also moved as a result of this and at some stage he even almost fought with the same neighboughrs am talikng about. The Flat is Royal Place City Property </p>
