Children playing in the corridor on the 23rd floor

I have been complaining about the children playing in the corridor since the beginning of the year and the matter has been raised up with the building manager on countless tmes and nothing seems to happen.This past long weekend it was just a nightmare, we can't call the security guards because the intercoms have not been working for a long time and I am not going to go downstairs every time to call the security guard. It is 8pm as I'm writing this and they are still playing. Not only do they shout and scream their lungs out but they also play with their bikes and scooters. I have to put my son down to sleep at 7pm and after I have to work after, which I can't as I have to wait out these children playing,. I am tired of always telling them to keep quiet.From my understanding children are not supposed to play in the corridors but that rule does not seem to apply recently at Splendid Place. The children reside in 2304 and 2306 that I mostly complain about.Can this matter be sorted out tomorrow(Wednesday) as this has gone for far too long, I have been very patient but even that has run out.
