Sending a letter of demand for the amount outstanding was absolutely nonsense & matter will be resolved in a court of law. I have my own rights if the company is by-passing the procedures thinking they have more powers than tenants paying monthly rental just because they cant afford bond houses outside there. The property has no right to renew tenants lease agreement without their signatures. Thats purely ***** & needs to be adressed. I also have my own legal advisor to protect on cases like these. I swear, will not pay any amount outstanding until the notification fee penalty has been reversed. City property is a cheap business running like a ****a shop.
