Charging ******* fees
Today I inquired about a flat in a Centurion complex. I also asked the initial costs and was informed that there is an admin / contract fee of R950. R950???? For a photostat???? A year ago I won a court case against another rental agency that used to manage the same complex. THOSE FEES ARE ******* and I have the court documents to prove it.

The amount you are referring too, is not for a Photostat, it is for the lease agreement as well as all the administration in generating the agreement. This includes the phone calls, confirming employment, contacting next of kin, verifying banking details, verification of credit listing via trans union etc.
