Castle Mansions Unit 414 ( Dispute)

Good Morning City Property, ive tryed to resolve this matter however i havent recieved any help.<br> i am a co-lease owner at castle mansions, unit 414 where the building manage is Kelvin. I was forced to move out of the flat because the person i was living with Theodorah Lagae was just making me living there hell, disrupting me with her behaviour, both of us agreed that if i move out it would be the best solution, we also agreed that she could find someoone to move in with her because she refused for me to do that when i called her a few weeks after she said she wouldnt share the flat with anyone at the end of January i called City property to find out if the rent was paid and there was an outstanding balance of R150 i called her and she said someone had moved into the flat i asked how this was possible because i am suppose to be notified and sign on new occupants, i called the building manager and asked him if he can talj to her about this he didnt follow up. i then met with the lady thats living there and she mentioned that she paid a deposit to theo and shes been staying there for two months, how can security and management allow for someone to live there *******ly. how do i resolv
