Loud music levels by tenants(in this case the constant culprit is flat 907) , no consequences for the tenants ..hence they get bolder to play the music even louder when you complain. you’ll complain countlessly to deaf management ears until you give up. If you move here get ready to have your naps and focus sessions interrupted by music from neighbours. They have the freedom to do so because security/management are afraid to sternly call them out .
