Caretaker of philresa at Sunnyside Pretoria

The caretaker of the above mentioned flat(philresa) Princess doesn't display managerial characteristics especially in assisting tenants in any thing. Her attitude towards tenants us appalling and very unprofessional. She doesn't know how to work with people as she doesn't have any interest in trying to at least show a bit of concern in helping tenants. I would like a survey to be conducted whereas tenants are asked to express their experiences with her as I'm most definitely I'm not the only unhappy tenant. I'm moving out because of her and I wanna make things better for those who don't have means of finding alternatives. Caretakers need to be willing to help and work with tenants in things that involve the building they live in. I'm utterly outraged by her behavior and city property needs to address this with her or its gonna keep losing tenants.
