Cancellation fee

My husband and I were advised by the building manager to sign receipt of letter for renewal because we're not expending for another year we didn't fill in the part of renewal or signed on the part.now they are saying the building manager who advised us the same person employed by city property be was wrong and even if we didn't sign the part of renewal and only r ecepient we are suppose to pay.<br> <br> If we didn't sign on the part and they are busy saying we're are reliable and if their employees have no clue or no idea of what they are doing why do they make it our problem. They appointed building managers for a reason and I believe if a building manager is consulted and provide advise we will rely on the info provided <br> <br> I regret the day I stayed in this place I will never ever advice anyone .
