Can City Property give 3 months to find new place

Good day. My name is Tshokolo Letlotlo. I have a lease with City Property at Ricci's palce and my sister is the occupant. She recently returned to her flat at Ricci's after she suffered a horrific incident during the 2nd week of August. To her surprise, she was told that her lease is cancelled and she has to move out end of August. Now the problem began when she made an incorrect payment for her July rent of which she was unaware of. She was locked out on 12 July 2015 with all her belongings inside. She then printed her bank statement at an ATM which reflected the payment, took it to City Property office and spoke to Kholiwe and said she needed the proof of payment and refused to give her the keys. She eventually managed to talk to the City Property on facebook and it was agreed to give her the key. She got the key on 1 August 2015 and was suppose to give the building manager during the weekend. Now she couldn't as she was involved in a horrific incident during the same week and she was hospitalised until 18 August 2015. I explained to Kholiwe about the situation and I thought City Property would have compassion but no. Where is my sister suppose to go with such short notice?
