Blatant leis and USELESS
Please inform tenants prior to signing when it come to returning Deposits City Property is bad. They will always find excuses to refund. Worst mistakes I ever made thinking City Property is so good.

Clause 19.1.4 of the lease agreement you signed with the Landlord states that should you vacate the premises before the lease expiry date you will be charged a cancellation fee. The lease you have signed expires on 31/03/2020.
