Being threatened because of Admin Incompetence

We had a contract with City Property that terminated at the end of January 2016. After the contract was terminated we were informed to wait for a refund of our deposit which we ended up receiving.<br> <br> A week afterwards we received an invoice and when we enquired about it we were informed that City of Tshwane forwarded their charges late and that we had to pay. We could not understand why we only have to pay as City Property is responsible to do all their confirmation on our account before they refund our deposit. <br> <br> We then received a call again after a week from Mike informing us that the amount we have to pay has been reduced and that it wasn't from City of Tshwane instead somebody accidentally paid into our account and that City property only realised after they had refunded us. I<br> <br> do not understand why we have to be harrased because of the incompetence of the company's administration. <br> <br> We are being threatened to pay and it is not our fault that City Property staff is *********** and we are being addressed by a person who is so rude and they fail to allow their seniors to attend to us. It is now as if we still have a contract with City Property and we don't anymore.
