In January this year my husband receive a letter from city of tshwane for the rate and taxes for one of city property flats that he rated in 2011 saying that he owes rates that was registered under his name by city property this year then he called city property and spoke and email the lady by name of refilwe how didn't him feedback till yesterday were we receive another letter then we when there and we were send to a very rude lady by the name of nomsa very rude who said wil send us feedback on Monday ,then we when to refilwe again how showed very litte interested in helping us and very rude as well and said its not her duties both this ladies were rude and while on the other hand city property are doing ********** activity with my husband name
