BAD SERVICE!!! POOR MANAGEMENT!! THEFT!!

I have been with city property for over 2 years now and I have never been subjected to such in my life!!!!!!!!! WOW Firstly my laptop and clothes got ****** inside my unit I have reported the issue only to be told that the issue has been escalated to the "Manager" till to date there is nothing there only thing I am being told is that they won't stop me from moving out . I have submitted my notice of cancellation through to them on the basis that I DO NOT FEEL SAFE anymore and I am still being subjected to pay their "breach of contract' fee which is ridiculously high. What about my rights as a customer? The only solution was to change the locks which is still another extra cost that I still need to pay really?? I am being told that I use a lot of water, hence my bill for the month of August was high I am always at work and I live alone. This is just another money making scheme. I will never again in my life recommend city property to anyone. Nobody cares here!!!! Even when you report the issue to the security guards they just told me that theft at Kempton place is a norm and there is nothing they can do about it.
