Bad service lift not working

Bad service at essenby house we only had 1 lift working we had to tak turns to use thelift, the other one died a month ago we were promised it will be fixed till today en the other one just died as well it's flippen month end me need to do groceries we need to Carry heavy plastics using the stairs to go to different floor this is too much your service is bad shem why wait foe the lift to died instead of serving them now en then.....you guys do not care about your tenants period
