BAD SERVICE AT ESSENBY HOUSE

i think it's high time you consider getting us a different building manager,or get someone to work with him because his excuses are his does not only manage this building and meaning he has a lot on his hands beside him running our building alone its still the same or bring back mashudu because bernard is useless he doesn't care about the tenants i have lots of friends staying in other city property building but they never complained like i always do, where is value for money i feel like essenby is the only building with lots of problems clearly it's managed by someone who can not manage or rather lacks the skills of managing the building my 3 years of staying in that building are not nice,i once stayed the before building managed by mashudu it was worth it and it was the best building i have ever stayed in in my life...please consider my request. we always having problems that are not solved every week i report noise,when i call the building manager to complain about noise he asks me which room are they making noise is it my job to tell them or securities should do their job, bernard does not hestitate to go to someone's room and say someone for a certain room is saying you are making noise now we end up fighting as tenants is that a procedure is that how things are done, the phone by the security is not working when there is noise i need to wake up go to the security and report mind you we were not told aboout the phone not working,this is too uch there is not value for money on what we paying we are being treated like the rent had been funded is not coming from our pockets, CITY PROPERTY YOU ARE FAILING US AS YOUR TENANTS ....IM SENDING THIS FOR THE 2ND TIME, WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE WE MUST DO A PERTITION IN ORDER FOR YOU GUYS TO HELP US, Have you guys ever bothered to either do a survey and ask the tenants how do they feel about your service because clearly it's useless,some people do not have access to emails like me how do you expect them to report such things if bernard himself is not helping out people that need help,because whatever we report on the book it does not get done,i had reported people that where making noise last week around AM nothing was done i told benard about it's always stuttering when talking like he does not know what to say,even today still no feedback,was bernard trained for this job how to handle queries,tenants and how to talk to them because his scared of approaching people and telling them the rules for the flat,even kids make noise infont of him he will never say anything,do you guys even do performance appraisals on your caretakers, clearly not because we will not be complaining like this.
