Bad service and Agents are rude and lazy

my sister and I lived in Castle mansions one of City Property's place and we decided to move out because the service there is bad. The process is normally easy especially if you moving from one property company but with City Property it is not. They treat you as a new applicant because they want to gain the lease fee amount. If a tenant moves from one of their places to another that should be treated a s a transfer. we app**** during July but they never even processed the application until we called and found out they do not even have it on record.
