Bad service
The moment you pay your deposit don’t expect it back because they will find every reason not to pay you back and even charge you for things that were not communicated when you moved in.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. During the exit inspection, the condition of the unit is assessed, and where damage, cleaning, or repairs are identified, the related costs may be deducted from the deposit.
The Property Manager has assessed the details of your query and responded to you directly regarding the outcome. We have endeavoured to handle the matter fairly and in line with the lease agreement.
We value your tenancy over the years and appreciate your time as a resident with us.
Kind regards,
City Property Support Team
