Bad service

I'm not happy with city property's service at essenby house the caretaker is so useless I don't remember reporting something to him getting resolved with out having to call the head office I reported I have a signal problem yesterday in the morning had to call him several times to check the feed back about getting a person to fix the dstv signal en he told me they will come today fine waited the whole day with the signal.. I ask him this morning he said he does not know when will they come what nonsense is that.... He must stop telling people to call the manager when there is a problem what's his job
