BAD SERVICE

i have a problem with you guys how many times should a person report something i have water getting through the windows when they are open from the washing line i can not always close the windows in this 33 degrees heat because of the water from washing line windows are so dirty because of the dirty water from washing line i have reported 2 years ago about this pipe still is not fixed windows needs to be cleaned they are very dirty and its disgusting your service guys is very bad every time i report you telling me about zama the manager who does not care en i never get hold of him your service is very poor but just make a rent payment en is shot by R0.92 cent i was sent an sms saying i owe that amount but serious issues we are complaining about you never help us
