Bad service

Good day.im renting in Castle mansion room 426.im having a seriously problem in my flat .I have started complaining about my DStv not showing some of the channels (******2 326 410) on 8 March 2019.and I have been calling head office asking them to fix it but they been saying they well fix almost everday.i sent an email on the 18 March 2019 to tell them if they don't help I want to move out then.but they never responded,until I have to call them back to ask

Until on the 19 March 2019 when I tried to call one of the nice receptionist told me in order to be helped I must open a case number which is I did.only to find out that they won't help me.Case no: 226838.

On the 20 March 2019 they came and said they cannot fix they will call more people to come and fix it on Monday 25 March 2019 ,they never came they didn't even bother to come.and I was not even noticed that they not coming around 3pm I called again the head office they told me they don't know y they didn't come.then he told me to give it a week then still nothing whn I call on the 29 March 2019 when I tried to call the office they told me the person I have been speaking too the whole time..is not available or I called maybe 5 time that day .but I'm asking then y didn't he get back to me.then I asked to speak to one of any building manager I spoke to Zama twice then he said ok hang up let me call u back but he didn't twice he did that.My worrie is if u dnt pay rent they will kick you out in 10 days but,but for them to fix something that u complain about they don't care.is it fair?

This is how all this has affected me: Chanel 122-it a comedy Chanel when I'm from work I watch it to relive my stress because work can be stressful.but I can't anymore.

123-every Sunday I record the voice UK.because love it but not anymore now cz I can't watch it.

202-this is where I get angry alot because this is were I lost most of my business you,you see I'm a chef so I watch cricket cz my clients are cricket *****s.so when Im with them we talk about cricket because they are my clients and I must show interrest I'm talking about the lights of CEO of CSA.so tell me how will you do business if you do not know your clients interest..I get my clients at cricket stadiums when they play.and we talk about games .we watch so how will I comment if I can't watch it? Meaning they won't take me seriously.my company is The One cuisine.

I'm paying R1000 very month for it but y must I pay so much if I dnt watch some of the channels that made me pay i***** it's not because of me but city property. I lost so much money this month trying to call head office when they can't help me.

So I'm tired now about this ..and all the money and clints lost.
