BAD SERVICE

You service is very poor at essenby house we have 2 lifts 1 has not been working for 5 the other 1 works en stops working because it's tired we wait for a long time for us to make use of a lift it's for ever working because it's only 1 lift we are struggling having to use 1 lift what's happening to the rent money we are paying why is the lift not being fixed we even have a useless caretaker i think its even high time you get us a different caretaker beacuse the 1 we are having here wow!!!!!...I reported a window stopper from the kitchen 2 weeks ago even now its not fixed I can not close my window properly I do t even feel safe....if I do t pay rent or make short payment by R1 you will even call me and send me an sms for the R1 but you giving us poor service here get you things in order we paying g so much for this nonsense service
