Bad service!!!!

The worst service that I’ve received!!!! I went to their office on Tuesday to apply for a different unit in the same building, Wednesday I put in the application and received no response from the agent until I called her on Thursday of which I had to call 4 times and they kept saying she’s in a meeting and they were hanging up my calls. Finally she replies and says the unit we want already has an application. This is after I clearly explained that we wna move cos the unit we are in has less ventilation and we are badly affected by mould and is making my son sick who is one year old since from January! Soo disappointed in these people!!!!
