Bad service

There's a lady called Kedibone Sekwakwa (Credit Controller), City Property Pretoria office. This lady has a very bad service. She should not treat people like dogs and threaten them when they face difficult situations. Her telephone adequate is completely horrible, she is so unprofessional and rude. She needs more training
