Bad service *** willow villa 403 sunnyside Pretoria

Bad service I won't even ********** 446 We moved in January at willow villa 403 vos n walker sunnyside ,we don't sleep at night I was pregnant when I reported the matter with my flat mate we wrote a letter to city property we even spoke with the building manager sello and this Indian lady .the other tenant from 503 are overcrowded we don't sleep at night they are banging doors b throwing coins and they told us they cannot help with such natter Bacause is not something tangible and the other tenant from 502 can also hear this strange noises in the middle of the night and the matter was not solved they didn't even come todo an inspection they **** and say they will do .iam not happy with their service we even suggested they move us to another floor they said we need to start with a new application .i am very dissapointed with the service from city property we not even going to renue our contract it is bad i want the whole world to know how bad the are and we paying a lot of money and they didn't even bother to check on us if we still experiencing the noise nothing has been done but every month they send messages reminding us to pay our rest and we pay it in full if it was possible we were going to cancel the contract they are selfish they don't care about their tenant
