Bad experience with flat application

I'm so disappointed with how you dealt with my application. I thought your application process was easier than afhco. I app**** online, after 3 days my application was approved. The agent called and told me to go and view the place. She said I should call the building manager first. So today I received an email that I must pay the lease fee. I was gonna pay later today, so during the day I called the building manager at Lusam mansions to view flat 1102 only to find out the flat is not available. There is a tenant and she is not moving out. I had to call back the agent and she told me she will call the building manager to enquire about this. She did not get back to me, I had to call her then she told me the flat is not available I should go and view another place. She showed no remorse, I chose that flat because it was affordable compared to others. Now I must take one that costs R1000 extra because of city property's careless mistake. She did not even apologize. I almost paid the lease fee. How can you guys advertise a flat that is not available to let and also approve my application and tell me to pay a lease fee for a flat that is not available? You guys are not professional at all. Now I have to look for another place again. If I knew that you guys are going to waste my time I could have just app**** for a flat at Afhco.
