Bad experience with flat application

Am so disappointed in the way city property treated me with my flat application. It was like the agent just don’t want me to get an apartment with city property, she was rude and kept asking for documents which were not necessary if they were being sent for a credit check, the application was declined unreasonably, because the names were fine and the affordability was good. But it’s like she just decided on her own that she doesn’t want to help. The agent was Tebogo Kgabi.
