BAD ATTITUDE/******** LISTING BY CITY PROPERTY

I am deeply perplexed by the attitude shown by one Claudia Vieira. We had an initial arrangement to settle my account via debit order, I was recently a victim of identity theft and thus failed to honour my arrangement as I had to change my account details. When I wanted to initiate a new arrangement Claudia flatly refused, she seems hellbent on listing me and my partner and is not open to making an arrangement with me, I just spoke to this arrogant lady on the phone and asked exactly what is the contents of her \Final letter of demand\" and she refused to indulge me, asking me to \"Take it however I want to take it\"!! This is shocking!!! Is that customer service you pride yourselves on??? such deplorable conduct towards tenants?? I acted in good faith to make a new arrangement via debit order as I had to close off my bank account due to identity theft, yet she spit that proposition right back on my face and today I get such an unpleasant communication from her, I am livid that I was treated with such disdain, I did not even receive the 20 days notice required by the NCA to remedy this, yet this lady seems hellbent to list us instead of using that as a last resort. I'm beyond angry!"
