bad attitude

i went to City Property at 2:10 1stly they short staffed and i understand. Fikile sweared at me in-front of everyone and called me names and i requested to speak to the manager Tricha Botha, who tried to cover for her staff untill i asked her to ask people who were there what the lady said to me.. <br> <br> she said we should not add people on this, this is between me, her and Fikile. i told her that I'm putting this to complains she said well sorry on behalf of city property if that will console you which to me it sounded rude
