Avoid at all costs, or pay the price.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Station Place and I would not recommend it to anyone. The apartment was infested with ****roaches, despite the fumigation efforts. The problem persisted throughout my stay, making it unbearable. To add insult to injury, I received a bill for over R4 900 for a stain on the carpet. I believe this charge is excessive and unfair. But that's not all. The geyser was ancient, taking around two hours to warm up and consuming a ton of electricity. It was like they expected me to foot the bill for their outdated appliances. The noise levels were also a problem. Kids would constantly bang on my door and then run away, thinking it was the most hilarious game ever. It was frustrating and disrupted my peace. The frequent water interruptions were the cherry on top. It was like the complex was not even trying to provide basic services. I'm extremely disappointed in my experiene at Station Place and would advise others to steer clear. Save yourself the headache and find a better place to stay.
