Atrocious Service

I’m appalled by the service I received from one of your agents today. Denver is not professional at all. I have been calling him since last week to no avail, sent him a WhatsApp, he blu ticked me, meaning he read my message and decided not to respond. I ended up making an inquiry online, I got the same response to call Denvor as he is responsible for the flat I’m interested in. Fortunately it was a different number, I called the number he answered and how do you answer a business phone and say “ja” and after introducing myself professionally he still continues and say “ sho, Fede” I don’t n’t know what he meant, I assumed he meant to ask the reason for my call. No apology no remorse no professionalism. Maybe this is a sign, I should look elsewhere
