Arbonomal meter reading

We are currently experiencing bad service from utility company which City property( kempton place) is using, our meter reading has been abnormal since February 2024 to date, I go to the office every month like a mad person but the utility department do not bother to respond to the manager, apart from going to the office me and my husband sent multiple emails which also didn't help. City property need to change this company because they will lose tenants because of them. I'm enjoying my stay in this place the only problem is the water issue👎
