CPA Place is a nice place to stay but when you have moved out,city property mentioned all these 3 buckets of paint for R1600, cleaning for what reason, mind you I didn’t break anything so all the costs are exorbitant,plus city property don’t want to foot in any bill themselves as the owners , anything to not pay ur full deposit, anything to milk you dry, city property wants mahala money/free money , even when the agent explains the costs you would laugh bcz nothing makes sense , it’s just an excuse to subtract from your deposit.
