Account balance clarification

According to my records, I have fulfilled all obligations under the lease and have not occupied the property in January 2026. I was therefore surprised to see a full month’s rent charged for January, as well as an outstanding balance on my account.

Requested actions:

1. Clarify the basis for the January 2026 rental charge, including any applicable clauses in the lease that you are referencing. 2. Provide a detailed statement of my account, showing all charges, payments, and the status of my security deposit. 3.
