According to law (Rental Housing Act) City Property should deposit my deposit with interest.
According to law (Rental Housing Act) City Property should deposit my deposit with interest, I mean these companies are not supposed to make money (interest) with our deposits and we are not getting anything.
1) I am requesting that City Property forward my last statement to show how a potion of my deposit was used (I did not get the full amount). 2) I am requesting that City Properly transfer all the interest that my deposit accumulated over all these years.
I was a tenant at City Properly for almost 3 years as thus I expect that my deposit would have accumulated interest over these year (I mean even in a normal savings account you do get interest).
Please can I have my interest as prescribed by the Rental Housing Act.

As per confirmation you have spoken to one of our agents with regard to your deposit refund. We do refund with interest as was explained to you. Moneys deducted from your deposit amount was for the last water charges from the last meter reading date up to the date you vacated the unit.
A transactions report was emailed to you, pls respond to this email should you have any further enquiries with regard to this matter.
