Very poor service being delivered at Russell's Place in Pretoria CBD, having no electricity every couple of days recently and seems like the management is not doing much to address the situation. City Property should intervene and take care of the matter, we as tenants are fed up of this and demand better service, I'll be leaving this place soon!
