Yande Engineering (Contractors to City Power) - They cut our power for No Reason

City power sends out contractors from Yande Engineering. They come to our house, knock on the gate (which we CANNOT HEAR) then because no one opens they cut our power and leave!

Firstly - our house is a fair distance from the gate therefore we can't hear if someone just knocks. THEY NEED TO CALL OR HOOT.

Secondly - they have no right to just cut our power without reason

Thirdly - we were not informed that anyone was coming to check our meter. AGAIN They did not call or even hoot at the gate - Now tell me how are we supposed to know there is someone at our gate

Another thing - our gate motor blew because they cut the electricity (they put it off and on a few times and then cut it completely)

Finally when we called them they have the audacity to tell us "I can't help you I'm knocking off, please call tomorrow and we will restore your power"

There are kids that live here, we need electricity, it is a weekday! We all have things to do!

This is pathetic work from Yande Engineering.

Please advise as too how this will be fixed!
