worst service city power

I am deeply sadden at the lack of services we are getting from city power i have to sit on the phone for 2 hours with no answer the consultants answer and leave the phone hanging with no one to assist we have had no electricity at vlakfontein ext 3 3455 and a block of house technicians where there but never cam to assist since 09am till now past 24 hours and still no assistance why do we have to go to booysens to go get city power to help us when they advised we can log faults via a mobile app or phone call really city power is the worst
