Worst service

We have been out of power for the past 7 hours and have been calling the call centre numerous times since. We phoned now again only to be told that our area is unsafe and a technician can only attend to the problem in the morning. We have my mom living with us and she is on oxygen at night and have no been without which is a health hazard and totally unacceptable. We live in Bergbron not the Cape Flats. So the area not being save is the poorest of all excuses
